If you are not satisfied with Sazema Pro within 14 days of your first charge, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. To request a refund within this window, email support@sazema.com with your account email address.
After the 14-day window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and your Pro access will continue until the end of the period you have paid for. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Annual plan purchases are covered by the same 14-day guarantee. After 14 days, the remaining months of an annual plan are non-refundable.
Email support@sazema.com with the subject "Refund request" and your account email. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
